• In-Stock obstacles can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped.

• Orders are shipped via USPS, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Casper’s Concrete is not responsible for any incorrect addresses given at checkout, please double check your address when placing your order.

• At this time returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final.

• If your package is stolen, lost or damaged, please reach out via the contact page with as much info as possible and a USPS claim will be filed.
